The Rodema Bridge to Learning is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to honor the memory of Rodema Douglas Jarrett, whose faith, sacrifice, and dedication made it possible for her husband to achieve his dream of becoming a practicing physician.
Through perseverance and partnership, that dream became reality — providing a better life and educational opportunities for their family. This organization exists to extend that same opportunity to others.

Financial Assistance Program
Approved candidates may receive tuition reimbursement ranging from 25% to 100%, depending on:
Financial solvency of the organization at the time of acceptance
Information provided in the application
Personal interview process
Reimbursement Process:
Candidate completes approved coursework in a certified degree program
Candidate submits:
Proof of tuition payment
Official transcript from the educational institution
Reimbursement is issued on a pro-rata basis as determined at acceptance
Our goal is full (100%) tuition reimbursement whenever financially possible.
